2015 Men of Triathlon Mo final

We are now 2 days into December and while you can still donate to the Men of Triathlon Movember effort, here is our closing feature with the top 17 fundraisers of this year's November.

The current amount of money raised by the Men of Triathlon team is $21,528 and that means 40th place in the country. The team was ranked as high a 28th in the middle of the month of November, but apparently some other teams had more energy at the end. 51 men helped out here, and we feature now the top 17 (with Seton Claggett on the outside corner looking in.)

Todd Simmons finished in 1st place with a very impressive $5,081 to his name.

His motivation: cancer sux. be aware. prevent it. fight it.

Mark Miller of Precision Bikes is 2nd with $4,275.

His motivation: To use the power of the moustache to have an everlasting impact on the face of men’s health. Thanks to Chris Corbin and Chris McDonald for the motivation to help raise money and awareness.

Chris Big Sexy McDonald grabbed the final podium spot with $2,536 raised.

His motivation: I hate cancer! My Wife is a 3 time cancer survivor and I want to help in any way I can.

With $2,236 Sam Kristensen is in 4th place among the Men of Triathlon.

His motivation: To raise awareness and raise funds for men's health while having fun and moving this Movember. I have been at this campaign for 4 years and just finished my first full season of triathlon. I joined the men of triathlon team because they are awesome dudes with like-minded goofiness and commitment to excellence and contribution to something bigger than themselves!

Team captain Chris Corbin is in 5th place with $2,150. The top 5 fundraisers managed to carve out a huge lead over the rest of field. One could say they handed out a serious beating.

His motivation: I hate cancer.

Slowtwitch editor Herbert Krabel is in 6th place with $516 raised.

His motivation: I feel privileged and fortunate in general and sometimes it is just important to support and think about others.

Ace photographer Nils Nilsen is in 6th place with $510 to his name.

His motivation: To grow a cancer-fighting Tom Selleck moustache, have some laughs, raise awareness for men’s health, and hopefully fundraise a couple of dollars along the way.

With $410 Levi McNeely is in 8th place.

Dimond founder and hard riding pro triathlete TJ Tollakson checks in at 9th place with $379.

His motivation: Movember is the ultimate statement of caring about Men's Health. I've grown a MO since 2007 and proudly support the Movember campaign. Join me and proudly sport your 'stache for the month of November.

Aussie Chris Legh raised $265 and that means 10th place here.

His motivation: To help change the face of men's health

John Venable is in 11th place with $262.

His motivation: I've sat with my dad during chemo too many times....let's find another way.

Mike Abrams managed to collect $230 and that is 12th place.

His motivation: My motivation is to use the power of the beard to have an everlasting impact on the face of men’s health.

The $225 raised means 13th place for pro triathlete Matt Lieto.

His motivation: Let's do our part to change the state of this disease before it hits too close to home for us all. It's all around, let's use 'stache nastyness to raise awareness and sack this $@&t!! Pumped to be back with the Men Of Triathlon for 2015. This year we are going big with a big $40k goal. Help us out!

Picky Bar founder and pro triathlete is in 14th place with $210.

His motivation: I'm a dad now, I've got to take care of my junk.

In 16th place is Zach Miller with $170 raised.

His motivation: To use the power of the moustache to have an everlasting impact on the face of men’s health.

Brent Cunningham now has $150 to his name and that means 16th place.

His motivation: My motivation is the 1 in 7 brothers, fathers, grandfathers, and friends around the world that will be diagnosed with prostate cancer. I am growing or supporting a moustache to spread awareness and raise funds for this important cause.

Kristofor Healey raised $135 and that means the 17th place and final place in our ranking.

His motivation: My motivation is to use the power of the moustache to have an everlasting impact on the face of men’s health...and to look creepy in a calendar.

You can still donate to the Men of Triathlon, and we encourage you to do so right here. As it stands, the $21,528 raised by the team fell way short of the lofty $40,000 goal.
