Jan Frodeno was involved in a high speed bike accident and now has some battle scars to deal with according to his Instagram post. The 2-time IRONMAN World Champion, 70.3 World Champion and 2008 Olympic Triathlon Champion though seemed to be in good spirits as he titled the post as Instagram vs Reality. He then shared three pictures along those lines and has received 550 comments and 13,500 likes so far.
