With another busy week coming to an end, we take a look at the new skratch labs nutrition brand, the clif Gary's Panforte bar, the Prologo Zero PAS Nack saddle and the I am the motor t-shirt.

What: If you are following the Amgen Tour of California you may have noticed a cool food truck at the event with skratch labs logos on it. Dr. Allen Lim is the man behind this new brand and they are offering a new hydration product with the same name. Rumor has it they initially considered calling it simply Secret Drink Mix, because it has been so popular with many Pros, but that would have been too complicated, so skratch labs it is. We tasted some of the new product at the Sea Otter Classic and it was quite tasty. Plus if you follow their blog you may catch a cool recipe here and there.

Clif Gary’s Panforte
What: A panforte is an Italian fruit cake of sorts and so it makes sense that the new Gary’s Panforte bar from Clif would features fruit, nuts and spices and a bit more fat too. This new addition to the Clif line is in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the brand and a homage to Gary’s favorite rides in Northern Italy. But get on it now - it is a limited edition product.

Prologo Zero PAS Nack
What: Prologo saddles are on quite a few Pro bikes these days and the Zero is among the lightest of this brand. The PAS stands for perineal area system and features a cutout in the center of the saddle to relieve pressure. The Nack on the other hand is a sign that the saddle has the Prologo Nano Aluminum Carbon Kevlar rails, especially nice when you can’t decide which rails you might really want – you got a bit of everything here.

What: We all love cool bikes but we also know it is about the motor, but unlike with cars and motorbikes, we actually are the motor.
