General Info: Specializing in coaching athletes with busy lifestyles, trying to maximize performance while maintaining balance with family/career. Coaches beginners to elite, sprint distance to Ironman, as well as runners, cyclists, mountain bikers. Physical therapist specializing in orthopedic sports injuries, biomechanics, running technique, and bike fitting. Rates & Fees: Weekly schedule $100/mo. Monthly schedule $50/mo. All schedules are very individualized and specific to goals, race distances, and personal limiters. Training Camps Offered: Primarily local one on one training.
