General Info: CPP Coaching is a Montreal based coaching service dedicated to helping you reach your athletic and personal goals. Our specialty is in endurance sports training. We use a proven data-based coaching method and work closely with our athletes using individualized training programs. Our training plans are crafted using performance-based test results to optimize your training and racing. We serve all ranges of athletes, from beginner to elite. Rates & Fees: The Silver Plan: $80/month is for athletes with limited time, but who need to make the most of their workouts.
The Silver Coaching Plan is designed for athlete on the go who wants to make the most of his training week. Here’s how it works. Training Camps Offered: Each year, CPP Coaching holds several training camps. Training camps are an excellent way to build volume in a motivating, focused, and friendly environment. Although the aim is to build volume and experience, first and foremost, our training camps are fun!
Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
