General Info: Jack has been training athletes for 17 years in power, endurance and motor sports. His focus has been primarily on endurance athletes of all distances short through ultra-distance. His degree is in Fitness and Sports Studies from IUPUI, and he holds certifications through the NSCA-CSCS, ACSM-HFS and USA Triathlon Level 1. He develops programs focusing on Injury Prevention, Health Maintainance, lifestyle Modification and Perfomance Enhancement.

Currently Jack is working on his Sports and Exercise Psychology Masters, and will start his PhD in April of 2012. During the summer of 2012 Jack will begin taking steps to become a Certified Consult through the Association of Applied Sports Psychology. This is the world-wide governing body for Sports Psychologists.

Training Camps Offered: I will be developing camps for the Organ Mountains in 2012. Camps will be broken up based on athletic ability.
