General Info: I’ve been coaching since 1994. For the 9 years prior to that, I was a top ten triathlete myself, winning over 30 events. I was known for my smooth pedaling style and fast bike splits, specially on hilly courses.
Over the years I have coached & mentored Olympic Champions, Ironman Champions, ITU World Cup Champions, friends, and first timers. I like the puzzle. The goal is improvement, to see what you can get out of yourself. I’m constantly learning, every athlete I work with presents a new challenge.
I take a whole body approach. Overall health is the most important aspect of my coaching. I want to help you get the most out of your body and to do that, you need proper nutrition, a well balanced body, and then efficient training to reach your fitness goals. As important as it is to do well in the short term, it’s more important to feel good in 10, 20 years. Rates & Fees: Rate is $500/month for full access coaching, no contract or minimum. $100/month to join my training group, winter 2010/11 in Thousand Oaks, CA. Training Camps Offered: High altitude Camps (6,900 ft) for individuals and groups in Taos, NM from June through September.

If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
