General Info: Kristen Hislop is a USAT certified triathlon coach, Ironman certified, AFAA certified personal trainer and Mad Dogg Athletics and Spinning certified instructor. After many years of racing successfully she moved into coaching. Her coaching motto is do believe achieve. Once you do Coach K will help you believe in your abilities by creating the best training plan for you and your goals. Kristen enjoys working with athletes of all levels.
In 2018 Kristen added nutrition counseling to her wheelhouse with the Metabolic Efficiency certification. Work with her to learn optimal daily and race nutrition.
