General Info: Having coached youth and adults for the past 9 years, experimenting with what works and what doesn't. I will teach you that there is much more to the sport than swim, bike, and run. You have to be well-rounded with functional strength, rest & recovery, proper nutrition, and physiological balance. Rates & Fees: Rates range $150 - $350 per month for one-on-one coaching. See my website for more services. Training Camps Offered: On a regular basis, we offer outdoor triathlon functional strength & stability training throughout San Diego.
