General Info: Fifth Gear founder Jenn Place is experienced in coaching triathletes and runners of all levels. As a former “Wall Streeter,” she also knows what it’s like to balance a demanding career with family and training.
Jenn learned quickly that to maximize the time you dedicate to training, each workout must have an explicit purpose, and is a firm believer in quality over quantity.
