General Info: Folsom Lake Multisport provides innovative custom training solutions for endurance athletes of all abilities. Our athletes are able to race faster by training smarter. We develop the endurance sport pillars of coordination, flexibility, strength, endurance, speed and nutrition to produce improved performances race after race, season after season. Rates & Fees: Online personalized coaching services starting at $129/month.
Video analysis coaching sessions at $100/hour.
Personal coaching sessions at $60/hour.
