General Info: USAT certified coaching, ACSM personal training, Crossfit level 1, Serotta Advanced / FIST fitting using Dartfish / Serotta Size cycle II, Underwater swim stroke analysis, running mechanics, blood lactate testing. Rates & Fees: All coaching programs are bespoke and designed around individual athletes need. Call or email for details. Training Camps Offered: Camps based in Southern Indiana for Kansas, Muncie, Louisville, Steelhead and Branson.
