General Info: I provide a wide range of coaching services tailored to each individual. My coaching philosophy is based upon three tenets :
The first step in any coaching relationship is getting to know the person and understanding what it is that you want to accomplish. By getting to you know you and getting a clear picture of what you want to achieve through hiring a coach, I am able to provide clear direction to reach your goal. Then I design a training plan customized for YOU. I realize not everyone has the same time commitment as others, and I work with you to determine how much training you can do based on your schedule. I also hold you accountable for your workouts. I emphasize frequent communication with my athletes. It is important to build a strong rapport with my clients. I want to become your trusted advisor and receive feedback from you such as how you are feeling, what workouts went well, which ones you don't like, and what we might change or improve. Rates & Fees: Rates & Fees are determined on a case by case basis. Training Camps Offered: I am not currently hosting any camps.
Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
