General Info: Lisa has been been involved in the sport of triathlon for 30 years. From participant, competitor, mentor, and coach. She has coached all levels of athletes from beginner to Kona World Championship triathletes. Lisa's background and specialty is in the water.
Lisa keeps her coached athletes to no more than 10, so she can give her athletes all the attention they may need. Rates & Fees: Lisa charges $220 a month for her online lessons plans and monthly in person coaching. Individual swim sessions are $65 an hour. Lisa also utilizes an underwater camera and believes in fully analyzing her athletes movements in the water, track and on t Training Camps Offered: Lisa has conducted numerous clinics as well as an Ironman Camp in Coeur d'Alene.
