General Info: I coach triathletes, runners and cyclists of all abilities from beginner to advanced and all distances of triathlon from sprint to Ironman. I'm a data driven coach who uses heart rate, power and pace data to analyze my athlete's training progress and performance. Rates & Fees: $225 / month; individualized training plan and unlimited contact with me. Training Camps Offered: Sport Speed Lab puts on 2 triathlon training camps. Both camps focus on all aspects of triathlon. The Arkansas training camp focuses on the 70.3 distance. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
