General Info: 30+ years in US Masters Swimming and Triathlon. 14 Full Ironmans including Hawaii and Korea. Full time worker with triathlons as a hobby with a family. Understands how to balance work, family, and triathlons. Normally face to face meetings. Rates & Fees: Initial sit down $90 which is an hour and a half. Then after that the client selects what they wish: swimming stroke analysis (includes underwater taping), bike fitting, run analysis, goal setting with plans to achieve the goals.
