General Info: We have found that by participating in GPP classes regularly, our ability to enjoy other aspects of our lives, is incredible. Whether you’re a beginner and thinking about your first 5k, or maybe wanting to learn how to swim, or wanting to explore anything from mountain biking, open water swimming, and triathlon, GPP Endurance will guide you. If your goal is to perform better at your sport, GPP Endurance will get you to those goals.
Based off our GPP Fitness philosophy and method, GPP Endurance builds on the benefits gained in the gym without adding the typical amount of training hours. We train efficiently and effectively, allowing for greater gains in performance, less injury, and more time to remain balanced in our family, career, and personal life.

GPP Fitness Clas Training Camps Offered: Four days of swimming, biking, running, seminars, and workshops for all abilities, expertly coached and fully supported by experienced professionals. Camp held early May in the Ozarks of Northwest Arkansas.
