General Info: At Tri Fitness, we specialize in developing plans for all levels of athletes – beginners racing in their first sprint distance race, to someone looking to compete in half or full Ironman events, or a more experienced athlete wanting to become more competitive and reach their highest potential. We can develop jump start programs for races that are weeks away, create more extensive plans that are six months out and follow up maintenance plans for off season workouts to stay in shape.
Strength training is incorporated into all of our plans as this is essential to better performance and aiding in injury prevention.
Runners, Cyclists, Aquabike and Duathlon Athletes are also welcome and plans can be built for these sport specific events.
Don’t know how to swim yet? Don’t let this stand in your way as we can work hands on with you to get you swimming and into that first race if you so choose.

If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
