General Info: I am a multi-sport coach with Sportfit Lab in Herndon, VA and strive to provide my clients with a balanced approach to training and racing. I enjoy listening to clients? goals and creating tailored plans to meet those goals. I enjoy using swimming, cycling and running metrics to show clients how to make measurable gains in their training and racing. I?m well-versed in the complexities of training for multi-sport while raising a family and managing a career. Most importantly, I want my clients to have fun while achieving their goals! Rates & Fees: We offer 2 coaching tiers - Silver Coaching which includes personalized Training Peaks programming, race preparation and post-race analysis with unlimited email at $225/mo and Gold Coaching which includes all Silver services plus free lactate power testin Training Camps Offered: Periodic triathlon education classes. Periodic group swims, rides, and runs. Periodic transition clinics.
