General Info: The mission of VIP Endurance Racing (VIPER) is to be a recognized leader in the Endurance Racing community. VIPER will empower the Do it yourself athlete with the training plans and strategies to tackle any distance.
For those with extraordinary needs and goals who want the VIP experience, they will be receive a 1:1 relationship with an expert seasoned coach Scott Proscia, M.Ed BS ATC. Whether you are the time poor executive who needs precision training plans for a challenging schedule or the middle aged housewife who needs to shave 5 minutes to qualify for Boston we got you covered.
Multiple modalities will be used to make sure the athlete has a program prescription that matches their needs and to assure a level of understanding about their training to excel in and out of competition. Athlete training plans are delivered via structured workouts online and through a mobile app Training Peaks. Structured workouts are created to interface with popular wearable devices such as Garmin suite of products and indoor smart trainers and powermeters. Sophisticated analytics and objective client feedback is reviewed to designs comprehensive training program to track toward the athletes desired goals. Email, phone, text and video conferencing are used to enhance the online coaching experience and to provide access to expert knowledge often.
Coach Scott is based out of the northeast corner of the Greater Cincinnati Region and can provide in person coaching support for triathlon and marathon athletes in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus and Northern Kentucky areas. We provide our online triathlon and marathon coaching services to athletes across the country and abroad.
