General Info: Hi, I'm Ophir Ravina, I'm a cycling, strength and running coach.
I have a B.Ed in Physical Education with Cardiac Rehabilitation specialization.
I coach XCO, TT, road riders and runners.
Whether you are a kid who wants to grow up to be a pro athlete or an elite rider that wants to compete at international events, I believe that I will be able to help you perform well throughout the season and especially at your peak event.

Training Camps Offered: I organize training camps in Israel and in whole europe, depending on the year and on the athlete's ability. Once we work together I'll be able to organize a training camp that fits your needs and goals.
