General Information

General Information: As die hard as someone can get we truly are passionate about every fit. All our fitters have hundreds of fits under their belts and some others thousands. With 38+ years experience and learning almost every fit system or fit technology out there we feel it is not just a fit you are getting but the most in depth knowledge and experience offered on the planet today.

When getting fit at R&A you will be working 1 on 1 with one of our head fitters and while being fit other fitters are always watching to critique as we all know 2 minds are better then 1, so why not 4 minds. We make sure every fit is 100% every time and if a re-calibration is needed we make sure it is done even if it means rebuilding a new bike. All our bike purchases are FIT guaranteed when going through our fit process.

Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
