General Information: Coach Matt Russ has been trained by the Serrotta Cycling Institute (SICI) in advanced triathlon bike fitting and has performed hundreds of fits for cyclists up to the professional level. He has 15 years experience working in a rehabilitation setting and specializes in difficult fits. Matt has achieved the highest level of licensing by both USA Cycling and Triathlon, and is a USA Cycling Power Certified Coach.
His process can include video analysis using Dartfish motion capture software, spin scan, laser line fitting, foot/pedal interface, and power testing in a custom designed fit studio. From Hembree Road turn on to Hembree Parkway (at the Fidelity Bank) and travel approximately 50 yards taking your first right onto Hembree Place. Go to the SECOND drive on the right.
