General Information: Proper bike position is a key but commonly underestimated element in cycling. It improves balance, power, comfort, and bio-mechanical efficiency: all important factors in making you faster. But more than the performance gains?and considering cycling's repetitive motion and fixed position?a good fit is crucial in preventing injury.
Furthermore, the optimal position can fluctuate. It changes as you age and get in or out of shape. It is swayed by what you ride, where you ride, and how you ride. So in order to get the most out of your pedal stroke, it is important to stay on top of your bike fit.
Since we opened our doors in 2001, we have been recognized as a national benchmark for custom bike fittings. Our process combines industry standards like Fit Kit, LeMond Fitting Systems, and Retul (3D motion capture) with our own proprietary methods to determine a rider?s sweet spot on the bike.
