General Information: Every new bicycle we sell comes with a complimentary fitting that ensures that the cyclist will be comfortable on their new ride. We also have options if you want to improve the ride of your current bike or are looking for a truly custom riding experience.
We offer a Cleat Fitting to ensure that your feet are aligned properly, as your foot/pedal interface is the foundation of your cycling form.
Our Existing Bike Fit is a 2-3 hour process that will ensure that the you are as comfortable and efficient as possible on your current bicycle by following the standards set by the leading fitting schools in the world. Directions: Pedal Power Bike shop Is located on the corner of Upper St. And Maxwell St. in Lexington Ky. Free parking lot to customers is located to the side of the building, with entrance from Maxwell St.
Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
