General Information

General Information: Pat Casey begins with a discussion about your goals, previous injuries, and known imbalances or weaknesses. Next, Pat will guide you through functional movement screening to identify areas of tension, impingement, and compensation.

The on-the-bike portion of the fitting process utilizes a blend of Pat?s expert eye with Retul 3D Premium Technology to understand movement patterns during a bike-fitting session. Pat is currently one of 80 Retul Premium fitters in the world and has recorded 400 retul fits in 2022 so far.

Pat?s background in strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, and mobility allows him to readily apply this information to culminate with your optimal position on the bike, all while providing an experience that's interactive and educational.

While other bike fitting services send you away with your fit alone, Peak State Fit goes one step further by providing a thorough follow-up email, describing the fit from start to finish. They provide final bike measurements, a series of detailed exercises to help you strengthen your imbalances, and improve on the basic foundational movements to optimize the body?s potential on the bike. You will leave with an improved knowledge of why your body moves the way it does, and a roadmap to help you to move better both on and off the bike!

Coaches Pat and Heather Casey are professionally trained and certified by Retul Technology, IOG, Ivan O?Gorman and Precision Fit education by Trek Bikes in Madison Wisconsin.
Directions: Between 500 E and 600 E on the Parley's Trail path.
Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
