General Information: Frank is a Fit Institute Slowtwitch (F.I.S.T) certified, professional Bike Fitter and IRONMAN University Certified Coach.
He's been participating in IRONMAN Triathlons and Bicycle races for over 20 years, and has an integral understanding of the importance of a proper fitted bicycle for endurance athletes and cyclists.
