Your purchase from any of the Midwest Cycling Stores marks the beginning of our relationship, not the culmination. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring that all of your cycling journeys are positive ones. We also have an array of guarantees to help assure that you get the service you deserve. If we, or a product you purchase from us, fails to meet your expectations please don't hesitate to let us know.
30 Day Price Protection Guarantee
If Midwest Cycling lowers the price on any item you purchased from us within 30 days, or if one of our local competitors advertises* a lower price within 30 days, we will gladly refund the difference in price when you bring in your receipt (even if it is crumpled and coffee-stained). Price matching applies at time of purchase as well. If you find a locally identical product in stock at a lower price, we will match the price (sorry, does not include mail-order or web pricing).
*Proof of advertised price must be presented to qualify.
Professional Service Department
Our service department is professionally trained and certified to work on all makes and models of bicycles, not just the ones we sell. And each member of the service team participates in skill-advancements. Directions: http://trekbicyclestores.com/page.cfm?pageId=12&storeId=1
Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
