Store Hours: Tuesday - Thursday 10:00am - 5:00pm. Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm. Saturday 11:00am to 5:00pm
Runs & Classes: We run from the store at 8:00am on Saturday mornings. We also offer several different group runs starting from various location throughout the city. Please call for more information 519-637-0333

Directions: About 30 minutes south of London. In The St. Thomas Health & Wellness Centre, on Burwell Road, just north of Talbot Street.
