Store Hours: 9-7 Mon-Fri, 9-1 Saturday
Runs & Classes: "Sneaky Speed" Group Wednesdays at 6pm year round. Friendly group for many abilities focused on everything you are not motivated to do yourself!
"Right-Left-Repeat" Group Wednesdays at 6pm. Transition group from walking to running. A big focus is on form and proper training to ensure you remain injury-free.
Fast Run- Mondays at 6:30 throughout the summer. Usually a very quick 6-12 miles. Many college and high school kids.
Bike Rides with Rick and Josh- by appointment!

Shop Info Our shop is connected with Cardin and Miller Physical Therapy (www.cardinmillerpt.com)and contains an in house orthotic lab. We have 2 CPeds and 1 orthotist on staff. We offer video gait analysis (as part of any shoe fitting) by experienced, trained, professional staff.

Directions: Appalachian Running Company is 1 mile off of Route 81, 3 miles from the Turnpike, and located near the center of Carlisle. Approximately 30 minutes from Harrisburg, 2 hours from Philadelphia, and 90 minutes from Baltimore.
