Runs & Classes: Weekly group runs on Thursday 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00 am. Varied moderate paces. Spinning Tuesday/Thursday at 6:15-7:15pm followed by brick workouts.

Shop Info Cycle City Bike & Running Company is the only shop of its kind anywhere in the area. Full service bike shop with all the great brands, accessories and apparel. And now a complete multisport store with the running product to get you out on your feet.

Directions: Parkville: 9 Hwy and 45 Hwy. 2 miles west of I-29 on 64th st. 3 miles east of I-435.
Liberty: I-35 and 291. 1/4 miles west of exit on the right.
