Store Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-8pm; Sat 10am-6pm, Sun 12pm-5pm
Runs & Classes: Wed. night group run all year at 6PM from the store. Snowy Buffalos winter group (Free) to get you motivated to get outside.

Distance training groups 2 times a year - train with the best to reach your finish line in the 10K, 1/2 and full marathon. Registration fee (see website for details) includes coaching, schedule, seminars, technical shirt, weekly long group run, water & Gatorade on the course and a Distance Deals coupon book.

No Boundaries Beginner 5K Training program 2 times a year. This is a highly successful program for those who have never run or have been away from running. Presented in partnership with New Balance. Registration fee - $75 includes coaching, training schedules, seminars, weekly group run, coupon book and more.

Fleet Feet Sports presents the Fleet Feet 15K - Run into Buffalo on Labor Day. This race is the USATF National Masters 15K Championship. Proceeds from the race are used to provide new training shoes and spikes to high school athletes across WNY.
