Club Info: Our mission is to facilitate opportunities for self-motivated individuals to pursue their goals in triathlon and duathlon, in a welcoming and safe environment and under professional guidance.

The Run Inn Directions to Workouts & Meeting Location(s): We meet a wide variety of venues, please contact the club if you wish to join us for a workout.
For insurance purposes, you must be a TriBC member and sign a waiver to participate in any workout. Club Workout Schedule: We have three coached sessions per week:
Wednesday evening - bike/spin
Thursday evening - run
Sunday morning - swim
We also have uncoached group rides on Saturday and uncoached group runs on Sunday. Club Meetings & Events Schedule: Meetings and events are listed on the club blog.

If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
