General Information

Club Info: The Fletcher's Meadow Cross Trainers is a Multi-Sport club for men and women of all levels that was created in June 22 2003.

The purpose of creating this club was to bring together athletes from all over the GTA to benefit from group training. Fletcher's Meadow is located in North West Brampton with quick access to many beneficial training grounds such as the beautiful Niagara Escarpment .

One our primary goals is to introduce and support new athletes to the sport of triathlon and duathlon. We have seen incredible growth in members abilities with most races bringing new Personal Best's for everyone.

Training for our group includes outdoor running sessions year round, road cycling spring through fall, indoor spin training during the winter and swimming sessions year round.
Club Sponsors: Forks Bicycle Shop and the Running Room have provided small give-aways for the club to provide to new members

Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
