Club Info: Kathy Alfino of Mile High Multisport and her team of coaches will construct a daily workout plan for your chosen race package.
Coaching will begin in January and include your personalized plan, as well as occasional group spin/Computrainer classes and special clinics.
Outdoor group workouts will commence in April. During this time our coaches will lead three group workouts per week, consisting of track practices, bike rides, and runs. Locations of the workouts will take place around the Denver Metro area and occasionally in Boulder.
Kathy will also offer periodic pool and open water swim clinics to help improve efficiency in the water. Weekly indoor swim sessions may be available based on the amount of interest.
