General Information
Club Info: We are a fun triathlon club that ranges from competitive athletes, to those just wanting a great group to train with. We have all ages. All are welcome with the few exceptions listed below.
-Is for anyone that is comfortable swimming 500 yards in open water, and has a swimming wet suit.
-Anyone that has a working road bike and has general biking fitness. (Can ride at least 15 miles at a moderate pace)
-Has been cleared by their doctor to participate in a vigorous endurance/cross training fitness regime. Club Sponsors: Ski Hut, Continental Bike & Ski, Evolve, 110% Play Harder, Austin Jarrow Club Discounts: Members receive discounts at Austin Jarrow, Continental Bike & Ski, SkiHut, 110% Play Harder Directions to Workouts & Meeting Location(s): June-August we meet at various locations around the Duluth area. The beginning of the season swim sessions are held at the new Duluth East pool.
September-May our Tuesday/Thursday crossfit/spin workouts are held at Evolve Duluth Fitness Studios. Club Workout Schedule: Monday/Wednesday are swim/ run days, and Tuesday/Thursday are a mix of long rides/brick workouts.
"Free fun Friday" is usually a yoga session at Evolve. Club Meetings & Events Schedule: We meet June-August M-Th 6:30-8:30a
