Club Info: Coastal Triathlon Club was founded in 2015. Membership is usually 85-100 depending on military moves throughout the year. All skill levels welcome. Club offers your round, 4x weekly open water swimming in clean, wildlife free, private training pond with bouys set at 500m. Weekly group rides and great local race knowledge. Something for kids, beginners, and high experienced athletes. Club Sponsors: Local businesses. Hill on Wheels Bike Shop, Arlow Real Estate, B&P Painting. Directions to Workouts & Meeting Location(s): directions for swims and workouts take place from members homes most of the time and are available via private facebook page only. Local bike rides out of Hill On Wheels Bike Shop and local runs through Swamp Ass Running Cooperative Club Workout Schedule: OWS Sun and Sat 8 am. Tue and Th @ 6:30 pm. Weekly group rides - long ride 6:30 am Sat or Sun - 65-100 miles. Short ride Saturdays @ 7:30 am. Practice full sprint races on quarterly basis. 500 swim, 14 bike and 5k run.
