Club Info: Team Engine was started in January 2018 by former world champion coach Cassie McWilliam.
Mission: Prepare athletes for a healthy life, triathlon racing and everything else in between. We emphasize a friendly, supportive environment for athletes of ALL abilities - from beginner to elite. Team Engine provides the most comprehensive and current training methods to people of all ages and abilities.

The training facility is the Greenwich YMCA which provides access to a 50 meter pool and state of the art indoor bikes with power meters. All workouts take place in the Y or at a nearby track at Greenwich High School. Club Workout Schedule: Tuesday - Indoor Spin + Tri Strength - 6 - 7:30 am
Thursday - Swim - 6 - 7:30 am
Friday - Run (indoor or outdoor) - 6 - 7:30 am
