It's not award winning; it's not new and improved; and we don't have testimonials of those whose lives have been changed.

Nevertheless, it's very popular, and they do sell out in a hurry. It's the F.I.S.T. Tri Bike Fit workshops, and the schedule for the 2011/12 season is live online.

Click for registration for the F.I.S.T. Workshop classes.

Actually, we lied. There is something new. We're offering road race fit workshops now as well. Three of our seven workshop weeks will feature Tri on Mon/Tue, and Road on Thur/Fri.

Some of the optional day-3 itineraries are fluid as of this writing, that is, if you're thinking of attending and you're choosy about who's performing our Hump Day workshops check with us before registering.

Something else is new. We'll have an expanded set of fit tools for you to demo and consider, and we'll offer some methods by which you might absorb these tools into your studio without having to write one big check. We'll also be showing you a new, interactive, stack and reach table that you can customize for your own best use.

Questions can be sent to F.I.S.T. Workshops.

2011/12 Workshop schedule:

All the above workshops are stand-alone and portable. You can attend tri only, road only, or tri and road. You can attach, or omit, a Hump Day workshop, to extend a 2-day workshop to 3 days. Or, on those three road + tri workshop weeks, if you can stand 5 consecutive days of workshops, we'll fill your head with good stuff!

Just, please, register for what you want to attend, so that we know to save a space for you.
