Course Info: SavageMan 70 consists of a 1.2 mile swim, a 55.7 mile bike, and a 13.1 mile run. On the bike, the Westernport Wall and the tradition of bricks in the wall for those who clear it cleanly, continue with the SavageMan 70. The Westernport Wall and the Westernport Wall Block Party is an experience unique to triathlon with a 31% grade lined with screaming, cowbell-ringing crazed spectators.rnHow many opportunities do you have to be permanently immortalized in triathlon history? Runs from Sept 13-15, Savageman is renowned as one of the hardest courses in the world. There are three options offered, they approximate swim/run prologue, sprint, Olympic and long course events.
