Course Info: For the second year, transition staging is at the Dr. Sara McAndrew Elementary School. Our first run (a 5k) will lead us North into the beautiful Hill Country with a rolling out and back. A fair taste of Texas Tough hills awaits you on the 16 mile road ride, heading North up Toutant Beauregard and turning onto Dodge Rd. The bike will turn around and head back at the end of Dodge Rd. The second run will go South from transition for a shorter out and back. The run ends with a nice downhill finish.
More: The 5th annual Texas Tough Duathlon takes place at the peak of autumn in the Texas Hill Country. This race is a challenging run, ride, run duathlon! We do our best to serve you awesome post-race food, refreshments, unique registrant and finisher awards, and free racer photos. This race is also a major fundraiser for the UTSA Triathlon Team. Directions: Coming North from San Antonio, take I-10 and exit onto Boerne Stage Road. Go west until you arrive at the Dr. Sara B McAndrew Elementary School.
