Course Info: The Smith Point Triathlon starts at Smith Point County Park, with a fast 500 meter Narrow Bay swim and continues on to a flat and fast 16K bike ride over the Smith Point Bridge to Wertheim National Refuge and back, followed by a scenic 5K run over the bridge ending at the Atlantic Ocean.

Directions: The Smith Point Triathlon takes place at the Smith Point County Park in Shirley, NY which is accessible by all major parkways.
