.9 mile course in beautiful Sebago Lake. Average water temperature is in the mid 60s at that time of the year.


Bike:
Largely flat and fast course in a square shape.
Run
The course runs through the campus on wooded trails with many bridges. The sprint course is fairly flat while the olympic course includes some challenging inclines.
