Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Not specified whether registration/convenience fees are added. Course Info: The swim will begin at the east end of Cd?A City Park near the band shell and will continue clockwise.
The bike course has several fast descents, PLEASE- STAY UNDER CONTROL at all times. It?s a beautiful one that winds throughout the hills above Cd?A.
There are three aid stations on the run course that you will run through twice, one at the transition, ones near 1.5 and 4.8 miles and ones at 2.5 and 3.6 miles. This run course is entirely on the Centennial Trail
More: The Duathlon costs the same as the sprint distance entry. The Sprint distance event has a 500m swim, 20km bike and 5km run on a similar course as the olympic.
The Coeur d?Alene Triathlon and Duathlon has been one of the most scenic races in the Northwest since 1984, hence the nickname, ?The Scenic Challenge?. The coming year will mark the 35th anniversary of the race which will be held Saturday, August 10, 2019
