Course Info: A flat, sprint distance race throughout scenic shoreline communities of Niantic and East Lyme, the Niantic Bay Triathlon is a great race for beginner or experienced triathletes.
Swim a 1/2 mile in the calm of Niantic Bay without waves or strong currents. Bike a 12-mile loop through East Lyme with water views and long straightaways along flat, shaded roads. Run 3.2 miles along the oceanfront area lined with cheering spectators before a spectacular beach finish.

Directions: Parking is available St. John?s Church grounds on Main Street. From McCook Beach go north on Columbus Ave, right onto Haigh Ave. Park on lawn at the corner of Haigh and Main
