Course Info: 2 mile paddle down the shallow Prairie River. 17.5 mile road bike parts of which through Council Gds State Park along WI River. 5k pedestrian trail run on mostly grass and gravel parts of which go through Council Gds State Park.

More: Age Groups for solo and relay. U19 division has reduced rates. Corporate Relay divisions. 2 or 3 people for relays - male, female, co-ed divisions. Awards (top 3 each division) 1:30 Cenotaph Park 301 Grand Ave, Merrill. In conjunction with Ballyhoo's Lobsterfest (freshly flown in Lobster). Info at our website. Beneficiaries: Northwoods Veterans Post and Friends of the River Bend Trail.

Day of Race Packet Pick up: Prairie Trails Park (no onsite registration 7/27) Fee increase July 1. Register by 7/10 to guarantee T-shirt.
