Bike: 56 miles on a one loop counter clock-wise course, along farm to market roads with limited traffic on mostly National Forest terrain, with rolling hills. Bike cut off time is 12:34pm.
Run: 13.1 miles on asphalt and paved roads, some rolling hills. Course cut-off time is at 3:54pm. This is a TWO LOOP RUN COURSE with a large portion on golf course paths!
More: Awards will be given to the overall Male and Female and overall Master's Male and Female. Age group awards go 3 deep, utilizing USAT 5 year age group divisions. There will be Clydesdale (men over 220 lbs) and Athena (women over 165 lbs) divisions. Awards will go 3 deep in these categories and 3 deep in relay categories. Aqua bike divisions go three deep in Females and three deep in Males. Everyone will receive a custom finisher medal at the finish line!
