Course Info: Challenging with spectacular scenery.rnrnSWIM - The distance is 1 mile in the calm salt water of Lake Montauk. The course is out and back. Since this race is in the spring, wet suits are recommended (water temperature is normally around 60 degrees Fahrenheit).rnrnBIKE - The distance is 20 miles taking you along Montauk historical routes; giving you a bird's eye view of the famous Montauk Lighthouse. The course is out and back with some hills. This race adheres to USAT policy of NO DRAFTING.rnrnRUN - The distance is 6.2 miles through the scenic side of Montauk, some challenging hills .

Directions: Montauk is accessible by train (Long Island Railroad) or by bus (Hampton Jitney). For drivers, the Long Island Expressway (I- 495) Exit 70, to 27 East, (Montauk Highway), straight to Montauk. From the Southern State Parkway, Exit 44 to 27 East, (Montauk Highway) straight to Montauk
