Course Info: The Swim course is an open water swim in Flanagan Lake starting and ending at the boat ramp on the East side of the Lake. The bike course exits the recreation area to 168th street and uses the paved roads surrounding and nearby the recreation area.
The Run course utilizes the paved trail around the lake.
More: There is also a super sprint on the Saturday.
