Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Yes, all registration/convenience fees are included in price or disclosed up front. Course Info: Swim takes place in Gallant's Channel in salt water at lag tide. Fast and flat bike course takes riders through Morehead City, Newport and Havelock and on rural roads. Run is an out and back through the beautiful Town of Beaufort. Full will be two laps.

Directions: Downtown Beaufort NC is just off Hwy 70.
